Our Role

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Enterprise Sales Team, focusing on driving growth and customer success across key enterprise accounts in Türkiye.

Reporting to the Sales Director, Enterprise & Government, you will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and relationship management to closing complex deals — while ensuring that Odine’s innovative cloud and network transformation solutions bring measurable value to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts while acquiring new clients within the Istanbul region.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities in alignment with Odine’s portfolio and market strategy.
  • Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners.
  • Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, solution, finance, and delivery) to ensure seamless proposal preparation and project handover.
  • Deliver accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide consultative insights to customers.
  • Represent Odine at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Act as a trusted advisor — focusing on value-based selling and customer success.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in telecom, IT, or technology industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets with enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions such as Cloud, SDN/NFV, Telco Cloud, or Managed Services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Turkish and English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • High motivation, ownership mindset, and passion for building lasting customer relationships.
  • No travel restrictions within Türkiye or abroad.
