The Role

We are looking for a Presales Manager, Enterprise based in İstanbul, who will play a strategic role in leading enterprise engagements and supporting complex, high-value sales cycles across Türkiye and international markets.

Directly reporting to the Presales Director and functionally reporting to Sales Director, Enterprise. You will work closely with enterprise sales, engineering, product, and delivery teams to design scalable, competitive, and technically sound solutions tailored to large organizations. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to both technical and executive stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

·                Partner with enterprise sales teams to analyze customer objectives and design scalable, enterprise-grade architectures.

·                Lead technical discovery workshops with IT, network, and security teams of large enterprises.

·                Design end-to-end solutions covering private/on-prem cloud infrastructure, data center modernization, network transformation, and enterprise security.

·                Deliver executive-level presentations, solution demos, and proof-of-concepts.

·                Lead technical responses for complex RFP/RFI/RFQ processes.

·                Translate regulatory, operational, and business requirements into high-value Odine solutions.

·                Contribute to strategic account planning for key enterprise customers.

·                Ensure seamless transition from presales to delivery through close cross-functional collaboration.

·                Build trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior decision-makers.

·                Stay current on enterprise cloud, cybersecurity, and network transformation trends.

Qualifications

·                Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

·                7+ years of experience in enterprise presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting within IT, cloud, cybersecurity, or telecom sectors.

·                Strong knowledge of enterprise data center architecture and private/on-prem cloud environments.

·                Experience managing complex and long enterprise sales cycles.

·                Proven experience in preparing enterprise-level technical proposals and RFP responses.

·                Strong stakeholder management skills across C-level and technical teams.

·                Professional certifications in cloud, networking, or security domains are highly desirable.

·                Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken).

·                Based in Istanbul, with flexibility for domestic and international travel when required.
