Our Role

We are looking for a Presales Manager based in Ankara, who will play a key role in developing solution proposals, supporting enterprise and public sector sales engagements, and translating complex customer needs into impactful technical solutions.

Reporting to the Presales Director, you will partner closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to define winning strategies and ensure Odine’s solutions are technically sound, competitive, and aligned with customer goals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts for enterprise clients.
  • Design solution architectures and proposals for cloud infrastructure, security and network transformation projects.
  • Support RFP/RFI processes, ensuring timely and accurate technical responses.
  • Translate customer business challenges into Odine solution recommendations with measurable value.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within key enterprise and public sector network ecosystems.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Odine’s portfolio and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Work closely with project delivery and product management to ensure smooth handover of approved solutions.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key enterprise accounts through consultative engagement.
  • Participate in industry events and workshops to represent Odine’s expertise and thought leadership.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical account management within IT, security or technology sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding of datacenter / on-premises cloud infrastructure, and data center security. Professional certifications in these areas are highly desirable
  • Established network and hands-on experience engaging with public sector organizations and enterprise accounts, including familiarity with procurement processes, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in creating and delivering technical proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to engage both technical and business audiences.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in Ankara, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
