We are now looking for a Key Account Manager who will take end-to-end responsibility for one of our global telecom operator accounts.

 

What You Will Be Part Of

As a Key Account Manager, you will manage the relationship with a global telecom operator and act as the key bridge between the customer and Odine teams, ensuring strong collaboration, service excellence, and sustainable growth.

 

What You Will Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the customer across commercial and operational matters
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities within the account
  • Coordinate internal teams including sales, delivery, technical, and operations functions
  • Monitor service performance and proactively manage risks or escalations
  • Maintain account reporting, pipeline visibility, and CRM accuracy

 

Who You Are

  • Experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in telecom or technology sectors
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercially driven with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional environments
  • Fluent in English
