Finance Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Finance Specialist who wants to stand at the intersection of financial performance, strategy, and investor communication.

This is not a back-office role.
It is a visibility role.

You will work closely with both the Head of Financial Affairs and the Head of Investor Relations, gaining exposure to financial reporting, capital markets dynamics, and executive-level communication.

What You Will Be Part Of

You will help translate numbers into narratives.

Supporting financial data analysis and transforming insights into structured reports and presentations
Contributing to investor presentations and periodic performance reporting
Monitoring share performance, industry developments, and macroeconomic trends
Preparing concise briefings based on analyst and rating agency reports
Supporting annual reporting, sustainability disclosures, and corporate governance documentation
Assisting with month-end closing and maintaining accurate accounting records
Coordinating cross-functional information flow to ensure consistency and accuracy
Recording and maintaining accounting records and financial transactions

Who You Are

1–2 years of experience in finance, audit, accounting, or a related field
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
Confident in Excel and comfortable preparing structured presentations
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Curious about capital markets and eager to understand how financial performance connects with investor expectations
Ownership-driven, proactive, and aligned with an ALL IN way of working
